  We deliver to all governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  All orders are shipped via local delivery companies with a tracking number or direct contact with the courier when available.

  • Free delivery for orders over 20 Jordanian Dinars (to cover the cost of one shipment even if purchasing from multiple stores on the platform).

  • During offers and sales periods, delivery may take longer than usual due to high order volume.

  • The order will be confirmed and delivery coordinated via WhatsApp Jordan Panorama Offers before shipping.

  🔄 Return & Exchange

  Jordan Panorama Offers accepts exchange or return requests for unused and unwashed products within:

  • 30 days from the date of purchase

  • 14 days during offers and sales periods

  Provided that:

  • Provide proof of order (order number or confirmation message).

  • The product must be in its original condition as received.
